A 6 month journey with Claude

A 6 month journey with Claude

I am a developer, designer and webmaster who has generated around 2 billion dollars worth of revenue for my clients. I have developed over 500 websites and a few dozen applications in 10 different industries and dozens of countries. I have personally developed by myself 2 sites that have ranked in the top #40 traffic sites in the world (2004, 2007, 2015)

Back to the story, I am now alone, all those around who I made all that money never came back, never offered help. So what is a dying half-breed Colombian webmaster to do? Build and build things no one has thought of yet.

I started using Claude after I started getting a change in requests from clients.

It was no longer cany you design this, or create this prospectus, design these visual fx, build this site, develop this front end.

it was can you fix these things i vibe coded that look great but are a dumpster fire.

I have seen an 80% decline in all work from a handful of different areas and dozens of "I can just replace you with AI"

I have been told I am replaceable more times than I can count.

So I decided to replace myself with AI.

In 6 months I have learned Claude from the perspective of a 30 year developer/designer/webmaster who is now suffering from disabilities that limit my mobility, sight and vision. Before I would have skipped directly to command line, but now I can't see very well so I had to develop my own methods using Claude prompt.

I approached things from a perspective of rapid prototyping and pre-existing development enhancements. I did this with out reading any information about Claude out side of the initial global and project settings. Later Claude CLI came out, but due to disabilities I am steering away from CLI so I needed a different set of tools.

  • Developed a method for Claude and Any AI to update websites.
  • Developed a method for self correcting code with or without human intervention.
  • Build an AI agnostic method for users to save memory state across sessions.
  • Had multiple ais from different platforms debug a problem on a remote system.
  • Developed a new form of social media (Coming soon).
  • Developed a replacement for WordPress and addressed all of the faults with content management systems.
  • Built a replacement for MailChimp and email routing.
  • Built a relay for all my ais to talk to each other.
  • 5 WordPress plugins to fix the problems of default out of box WordPress.
